On 12/29/14, PHG thru its own subsidiary, Northwest Arkansas Hospitality & Lodging acquired the Fairfield Inn – Fayetteville. The Fairfield is a 61 unit limited service hotel near Fayetteville’s Medical Park. The hotel will undergo an extensive renovation and scheduled to reopen as the new LaQuinta Inn & Suites by May 1st, 2015. “This is Pinnacle’s first property with the LaQuinta brand and we are excited about this new relationship with the Dallas, Texas based franchisor.” says Shawn Govind, Director of Development. In addition, Pinnacle Hotel Group earned its first 3rd party management contract with HSB Shiv, LLC, owner of the Sleep Inn Fayetteville, AR.
