Little Rock – ARK – December 2013 – Little Rock-based hotel management company Pinnacle Hotel Group moves its corporate office to Rock Street Shops in Downtown Little Rock on 12/11/13. PHG and its sister company Rock Creek Real Estate Group will office out of Rock Street Shops. The building features nearly 7,000 sq. ft. of rental space. Director of Real Estate Shawn Govind commented that “they would solicit a few other business to have the Rock Street Shops fully occupied in the coming months”. Chet Patel, President of Pinnacle Hotel Group added, “The move gives PHG the opportunity to be in the heart of downtown and in close proximity & sight to two of our newest developments. Exciting move for us.” Pinnacle sold its Cantrell Valley Plaza office building in June 2013. The investment for the Rock Street project is two-fold as it will currently house the PHG corporate office and will serve as parking for PHG’s Hilton Garden Inn – Downtown which is slated for construction in December 2014.
