Pinnacle Hotel Group sells Quality Inn – Clarksville

Little Rock, Arkansas – September 2013 – Little Rock based hotel management company, Pinnacle Hotel Group (PHG) sells its Quality Inn – Clarksville to Mohan Hospitality of Russellville, Arkansas after nearly 20 years of operating in the heart of Peach Country.  Hasu Patel originally built the Quality Inn as a Comfort Inn in April 1994. The hotel operated as a Comfort Inn for 15 years and was rebranded in September 2009 to the Quality brand, also under the Choice Hotels franchise umbrella.  During the 19 years – the Quality Inn of Clarksville, won a number of awards and was most recently recognized as one of the top 10 percentile operations in all of the Quality Inn properties for 3 consecutive years.  The hotel offered 51 guestrooms and nicely situated in the picturesque River Valley region of Arkansas.  Deanna Holman, General Manager of the Quality Inn – Clarksville will continue her tenure at the hotel.  Mohan Hospitality plan to undergo a major renovation at the property which entails reconstruction of the guest rooms and renovation to the public areas. Holiday Inn West Wins 2013 Renovation Award

Little Rock, Arkansas – August 23, 2013 – Pinnacle Hotel Group’s Holiday Inn in Little Rock wins an award for best hotel renovation in 2013. “The prestigious award is given only to hotels that merit special recognition for successfully completing major modernization and renovation programs during the past year.
