Little Rock, Arkansas – November 2013 – Little Rock-based Pinnacle Hotel Group acquires land in Bryant for a new Holiday Inn Express at Alcoa Road on 11/7/13. The Express will be the newest hotel in Bryant/Benton areas serving the new Benton Convention center and the new Bass Pro shopping outlets @ Otter Creek. The hotel will feature 85 guestrooms with 1,850 sq. ft. of meeting space. Construction is scheduled to begin by Jan 2014, and open by Oct 2014.
