PHG acquires land in Hot Springs for a new Courtyard by Marriott on Hot Spring’ busy Central Ave on 10/14/13. The hotel will be PHG’s newest addition and first of the Marriott family. The hotel will feature 98 rooms and 2500 sq. ft. of meeting space and the new Bistro to offer F&B services. The hotel is conveniently located to the Oaklawn Horse Races, Lake Hamilton, and various other retail, medical, and military businesses along with the Hot Springs Historical district and the Hot Springs Convention Center. Construction is scheduled to begin Dec 2013, and open by Jan 2015.
