The hotel will consist of 135 guestrooms with nearly 4000 sq ft of meeting space and a full service restaurant & bar known as The Garden. The hotel is set to break ground by Dec 2014, and scheduled to open by Mar 2016. The hotel will be located @ 4th & Cumberland, near Little Rock’s Entertainment District / River Market, and the Clinton Presidential Library.
