Little Rock, Arkansas – September 2013 – Little Rock based hotel management company, Pinnacle Hotel Group (PHG) sells its Quality Inn – Clarksville to Mohan Hospitality of Russellville, Arkansas after nearly 20 years of operating in the heart of Peach Country. Hasu Patel originally built the Quality Inn as a Comfort Inn in April 1994. The hotel operated as a Comfort Inn for 15 years and was rebranded in September 2009 to the Quality brand, also under the Choice Hotels franchise umbrella. During the 19 years – the Quality Inn of Clarksville, won a number of awards and was most recently recognized as one of the top 10 percentile operations in all of the Quality Inn properties for 3 consecutive years. The hotel offered 51 guestrooms and nicely situated in the picturesque River Valley region of Arkansas. Deanna Holman, General Manager of the Quality Inn – Clarksville will continue her tenure at the hotel. Mohan Hospitality plan to undergo a major renovation at the property which entails reconstruction of the guest rooms and renovation to the public areas.
